Mandy Livingston is a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and stays active in the community through volunteering as well as financial education. She is The wife of Rob Livingston, the mother to 5 amazing kids: Austin, Kayli, Zach, Noah and Jake, and also a “Mimi” to her beautiful grandchildren.

Mandy graduated from Bryan College, receiving a bachelor's degree in business management. With this, she was a banking professional for 27 years, a mortgage professional for 10 years and she is also Co-Owner of RCL3 with her husband, Rob. Mandy also co-hosts Your Home Radio, a radio show about all things to do with your home. If that wasn't enough, Mandy actively competes in the Chattanooga Fitness Expo in the Masters Swimsuit Division.
